Reviews and Ratings
The resort is well-kept and clean, with spacious rooms that have daily housekeeping. However, the restaurant service leaves much to be desired, often resulting in long waits and missed orders. While the location offers a chance to explore the night market, you’ll have to deal with a language barrier, especially at the front desk.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they felt more average than I expected for a four-star hotel. The service was friendly, but there were some inconveniences with the staff's ability to assist promptly. The gardens were beautiful, which enhanced the atmosphere, but the location was a bit far from the town. Overall, it's an okay place to unwind, but some areas need improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, as it truly felt like a slice of paradise. The bungalows were spacious and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of my visit. The staff was attentive and caring, especially when I wasn't feeling well, making the experience quite special. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant during dinner was a bit disappointing, which stood out given how excellent the food was when it was finally served.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The beach access and pool area were highlights, and my room was spacious and clean. However, my New Year’s gala event felt a bit overpriced given the lack of engaging entertainment and the expectations I had set. Additionally, the breakfast offerings left something to be desired, especially with uncovered food attracting flies. Overall, there were great amenities but some areas could definitely use improvement.
Overall, the hotel served us fairly well but came with a few drawbacks. The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our stay. The service was attentive, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The location is nice, though a bit far from the main attractions. It's decent value for money, but there are areas for improvement.
